Questions about this light

How many heads should I choose for the column chandelier?
Sizes run from a single head at 4.7″ (12 cm) to 3 or 5 heads at 7.9″ (20 cm), 7 heads at 11.8″ (30 cm), 9 heads at 13.8″ (35 cm), 12 heads at 15.7″ (40 cm), and 16 or 18 heads at 19.7″ (50 cm). Fewer heads suit a bedside or entry; more heads suit dining and living rooms.
How long is the rope on the column chandelier?
We provide a 78.7″ (200 cm) rope, which can be extended as needed, so it suits most ceilings and can hang lower in a stairwell or double-height space. Tell us your ceiling height and the drop you want before ordering, and we will confirm the length so the chandelier arrives ready to install.
What bulbs does the column chandelier take?
It uses E26 bulbs, the standard US household base, and runs on AC 110-240V. The bulb count per size and dimming are not stated for this model, so please email us before ordering if you need those details or plan to use a dimmer. Bulbs are not covered by our warranty.
How do I care for the alabaster columns?
Turn off the power and let the bulbs cool. Dust each alabaster column with a soft dry cloth, and keep water and cleaning products away from the stone, which can mark or stain. Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining and tone vary from column to column and will differ slightly from our photos.
Can the column chandelier go in a bathroom or outdoors?
We do not recommend it. The chandelier is made for indoor use and has no stated water-resistance rating, so bathrooms, porches and damp spaces are not suitable. In dry rooms, the smaller sizes suit bedrooms and entries, while the larger multi-head versions work over dining tables and in living rooms.
