WYes — we respect your privacy. Order processing time is 5-10 (business days)

The regular voltage in the U.S.: 110 ~ 120 V. The regular voltage in Europe: 120 ~ 240 V. We can also customize it according to your needs.

If you find a specific design of chandelier on our website that you like, but you just need a different size or color. You can send us the SKU number or product and specify the base size and color.
If you can't find a specific design of your favorite fixture on our website, but you just need a picture or design drawing. And specify the basic size, color and material. We will have a designer to advise you. Please contact us at support@Liootrlamp.com.

Yes, our products are UL compliant.

We will automatically ship to the address you gave us when you placed your order. If the order has not yet left the factory, we can make changes to the order. If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address for you. The carrier may charge a fee to change the address, which is the recipient's responsibility. Once the carrier picks up the package, we will not be able to change the address for you.

Once your order package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to track its shipping status. See ''Track My Order'' for details.

A: If your product is damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or a video to verify the issue. Once we confirm that the damage or defect is due to our responsibility, you can return the product for a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We offer a 30 day return policy on any accessory product. Even if the product is not defective and has not been damaged in transit, we support returns and exchanges for a period of 30 days. In the event of a return under the above circumstances, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs of the return to our return warehouse (the cost of shipping will be based on the real-time shipping costs of the shipping company chosen by the customer) We will also deduct the shipping costs that we paid for this order, the deduction of which will be 20% of the amount of the order.Please click "Return Policy" for details.
