Warranty Policy

Liootrlamp provides a 2-year quality warranty to all our products listed on the website (bulbs are not included).

Within 2 years, if there are any quality issues with the installed products, please send pictures and videos along with your order number and a description of the issue to support@Liootrlamp.com and our engineers will reply within 24 hours. (Note: Installation must be done by a professional electrician; any issues caused by improper installation are not covered by this warranty policy.)

If the issue is caused by malfunctioning accessories, a free replacement will be sent via express shipping. For other issues such as circuit problems or any other complex faults, our engineers will help to diagnose the problem and resolve it, usually within 1–2 business days.

Note: Damages caused by improper use, man-made damages, or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty policy.

After the 2-year warranty period, replacements are still available; you will only need to pay the shipping cost, and we will continue to provide technical support to help resolve any issues you encounter.
