Stone is forever; our workmanship should honor it. Here is exactly what we stand behind:

Transit damage — fully on us

If your fixture arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will ship replacement parts or a complete replacement at no cost.

Defects within 30 days

Any manufacturing defect found within 30 days of delivery qualifies for free repair parts, replacement, or a full refund — your choice. See our Refund Policy.

After 30 days — we don't disappear

Electrical components and mounting hardware for your fixture remain available from us at cost. Email us with your order number and we will sort out parts, wiring diagrams or repair guidance for as long as you own the piece.

What this commitment does not cover

Damage from improper installation or modification, normal variation in natural stone veining (that is the point of stone), and bulbs. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
