Return & Refund Policy
Liootrlamp is committed to providing a comfortable and calm buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (support@liootrlamp.com) at first.
Returns are shipped to our facility in China; international return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Packed in original packaging with lamp shade, all parts, and components.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received them, uninstalled and unused.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized products. (engraved, custom-sized, special color)
- Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.
General Return Process
- 1. Initiate a Return: Please send an email to support@liootrlamp.com, attaching photos and/or videos of the item(s), and provide your order number.
- 2. Obtain Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA Number), which will include a return shipping label and the complete return address.
- 3. Return/Exchange Processing: Upon receipt, the returned item(s) will undergo an inspection process lasting 5–7 business days. Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will ship your replacement item(s) or process your refund.

Returns and Refunds
- 1. If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products, send wrong address), we will provide a full refund for you;
- If the return is due to the customer’s reasons (such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong product or size, or providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For customized items (such as engraved products, items with special color schemes, etc.), returns and refund requests will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed.
- (Please note that the expedited shipping fee is non‑refundable and will not be included in the refund.)
- 2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
- If you haven’t received the refund within 5-7 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@liootrlamp.com.
- (Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.)
- (We must first receive the returned items before we can process a refund. If, for any reason, we fail to receive the returned items—for instance, if the customer refuses to ship them back, or if the customer refuses to accept the package, resulting in the courier service destroying it—we will be unable to issue a refund.)
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Product damage
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please take photos of the package and the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt.
- Please send an email to support@liootrlamp.com, including your order number and the photos.
(If any parts are damaged during transit, or if any defects are discovered during installation, we will replace the affected parts free of charge. However, we are unable to offer refunds for damage or loss caused by the customer.)
