The standard drums are 8.7″ (22 cm) tall in 17.7″ (45 cm), 23.6″ (60 cm), 31.5″ (80 cm) and 39.4″ (100 cm) diameters. Larger rooms can choose the 120 or 140 cm drums. As a general guide, pick a drum noticeably narrower than your table so the edges stay clear. Send us your table size for advice.
What is the difference between the 8.7″ and 17.3″ tall drums?
The 31.5″ (80 cm) and 39.4″ (100 cm) drums are offered in a standard 8.7″ (22 cm) height or a taller 17.3″ (44 cm) version. The taller drum has more stone surface and more presence, which suits high ceilings and open living rooms. The standard height keeps a lower profile over a dining table.
How long are the cables on the drum chandelier?
We provide 39.4″ (100 cm) cables, which can be extended as needed, and the drop is set during installation. Tell us your ceiling height and how high above the table you want the drum to sit, and we will confirm the cable length before production so the fixture arrives ready to install.
What bulbs does the alabaster drum chandelier use?
It uses G9 bulbs, a compact two-pin bulb, and runs on AC 110-240V. The number of bulbs per size and dimming are not stated for this model, so please email us before ordering if you need those details or plan to use a dimmer. Bulbs are not covered by our warranty.
How do I care for the alabaster drum?
Turn off the power and let the bulbs cool. Dust the alabaster panels with a soft dry cloth, and keep water and cleaning products away from the stone, which can mark or stain. Wipe the copper frame with a dry cloth too. The alabaster has its own natural veining, so every drum looks slightly different.
