Before you order
How does it install?
It mounts like a standard flush ceiling fixture and is hardwired to AC 110-240V. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician, as with any ceiling light.
How do I care for the stone?
Dust with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners - travertine keeps its finish best with dry care.
How long until it arrives?
Each piece is prepared to order, which takes 5-10 business days. Standard delivery then takes 20-30 business days and is free across the US; expedited shipping (5-9 business days in transit) is available at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged?
Add optional Shipping Protection in your cart and we reship or refund immediately if anything arrives damaged - no carrier investigation needed. Every order is also covered by our 30-day return policy.
