Before you order
Is each fixture really unique?
Yes. Alabaster is a natural stone and every shade is carved from a different block, so the veining and translucency of your pendant will differ slightly from the photos.
What bulb does it use, and can I dim it?
It takes a standard E26/E27 base bulb, available at any US hardware store. Pair a dimmable LED bulb with a compatible wall dimmer for adjustable warmth.
How long until it arrives?
Each piece is prepared to order, which takes 5-10 business days. Standard delivery then takes 20-30 business days and is free across the US; expedited shipping (5-9 business days in transit) is available at checkout.
What if it arrives damaged?
Add optional Shipping Protection in your cart and we reship or refund immediately if anything arrives damaged - no carrier investigation needed. Every order is also covered by our 30-day return policy.
