How big is the Partial Eclipse sconce, and does the set of 2 include two lights?
Each sconce measures Dia 30cm x H 25cm (∅ 11.8″ x H 9.8″). The set of 2 option gives you two identical lights in one order, which suits flanking a bed, a sofa or a doorway. A single light works well as an accent on a hallway wall or beside a reading chair in a living room or bedroom.
Can I dim the Partial Eclipse wall light?
No. Our specification lists the control method as a push button switch and notes that it is not dimmable. Turn it on and off with the switch on the fixture. If you want lower light in the evening, a lower-wattage bulb gives a softer glow, but the fixture should not be connected to a dimmer.
How do I care for the wood and travertine panels?
Dust both panels with a soft, dry cloth and keep water and cleaning products away from them; travertine is porous and wood can mark if wet. The stone panel is natural yellow travertine, so its texture and tone vary from piece to piece and may look slightly different from the photos.
What bulb does it use, and is it hardwired?
It takes an LED bulb or an Edison bulb, which sits at the center as the round light source between the two panels. The sconce is hardwired to a wall junction box rather than plugged in, so we recommend installation by a licensed electrician. It is rated AC 110-240V for standard US household power.
What is the difference between Walnut color and Original wood color?
The two options change only the wood panel: Walnut color is a darker, richer brown, while Original wood color keeps the lighter natural tone. In both versions the second panel is yellow travertine. Choose walnut for contrast against light walls and the original tone for a softer, airier look. It is for dry indoor rooms only.
